Your privacy and safeguarding of personal information is of paramount importance. Any personal information shared as a course of business is confidential. Client lists, new products and techniques, business plans and goals are often discussed when new projects are in their designing phase and the necessity for confidentiality is understood. All correspondence, including via electronic means (phone, email, fax, etc..) will be held in confidence. Mailing lists, client databases (for invitations or special occasion cards) will only be used for the intended purpose. Those databases may be kept on file for future projects or repeat mailings per the customer's request otherwise, they will be destroyed upon the project's completion. Updates and verification of current information are the responsibility of the customer. Sarah is not responsible for misdirected mail.

Terms of Service

It is to be understood by all involved parties that all techniques invented, products used, and original works created by Sarah Hodsdon remain the artist's property. Unless expressed in writing prior to the project being completed, all copyright rights belong to Sarah Hodsdon. Sarah will be permitted to use the works created and designed by her in personal marketing materials in all forms unless the terms mutually agreed state otherwise as stipulated by the client. Additional uses of the project not stated in the letter of understanding may be subject to additional compensation to Sarah Hodsdon. Licensing agreements are at the discretion of Sarah Hodsdon
